Hi,

In History of changes 4.0.0, the bug 61832 & Fix -> GitHub-85 is not
involved. Can we expect that it will be included in this release.

Also in 61832, Fanning mentioned in the comment 23, that the fix will be
released with version 4.

Please let us know the possibility of expecting it.

https://github.com/apache/poi/pull/85 was not merged. There is a comment
(last one from June 30) that highlights a new project called
`poi-shared-strings` that implements this.
